Medicago使用方法2：1．2 培养基的制备：用托盘天平称取营养琼脂4克，加入洁净的容器内，再用量筒加入200mL蒸馏水，121℃，灭菌20分钟。灭菌后，冷却至50－60℃，在**净台内，迅速将培养基倒入灭菌的培养皿内，每个平皿15mL左右，轻摇平皿，使培养基分布均匀。待其冷却凝固后，即可使用，或放入558℃冰箱备用。
